Branded Journal FAQs

✦ Is there a minimum order requirement for branded journals?

Yes. When ordering branded journals, the minimum order required is shown on each individual product, and varies depending on the item.

✦ Do I have to pay a setup charge when I reorder a product?

No - as long as you are placing an exact reorder – there is no additional setup charge when reordering our custom journals. If there are any changes at all (adding/changing information on the label, changing your logo, etc.), a new setup fee will apply as we have to recreate the artwork. If you are placing an exact reorder, please email customer service so they can assist you in removing the setup fee.

✦ What is the difference between a one-color, two-color, and full-color imprint?

This refers to the number of colors in your graphics. A one-color imprint means that your logo, or other graphics, is just a one-color image. Two colors, of course, means it has two colors, while a full-color imprint means that your graphics contains several colors to create a custom image.

✦ Can I get help with my artwork?

Of course! When you order our personalized journals online, you will upload your logo during the checkout process. Once your order is submitted, we will send your graphics to our art department, who will create a FREE Proof mock-up of your graphics on the product you ordered. We will then return it to you for your approval before sending it to production.

✦ What is your standard production time?

Production times are noted in the description of each promotional journal. If available, rush production times will be noted as well, including the time frames and additional pricing if applicable. Special art submission and proofing time requirements may apply.
